The Renewable Energy Package includes the basic PSIM software, the Motor Drive Module, and necessary models and blocks (including solar modules, wind turbine, and Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) blocks) for solar power and wind power applications.

Wind Power examples:
Some select examples of complete wind power generation systems are provided:

For example, the Squirrel-Cage Induction Generator system consists of a wind turbine, a squirrel-cage induction generator, a PWM generator rectifier with current and speed control, a grid converter with current and dc bus voltage control, and the utility grid.
